Hey all, My name is Sarah Irvin. I became addicted to the smell of race fuel, the sunday morning wake up calls of a race motor, the aderaline rushing thru my body, the amazing feeling of the revs bounching from 9-10K leg bouncing waiting for the signal to rush to T1 with 50 other maniacs, RoadRacing in other words about 3 years ago. It's something I did once and knew I would be doing for a very long time! I started out racing my 2002 Yamaha R6 that I made from a street bike to a race bike. I won many races that year, and finished on the podium the rest of them. I had a very good season that first year ever racing. The end of 2004 I bought Aaron Goberts Factory Yamaha that I crashed a lot in 2005. I didn't plan that, that's just how the 2005 season went for me. Being a first year expert and a second year racer, it was hard to stay upright while chasen men who have been racing since before I was born! This year I'm looking forward to racing endurance. It'll be the first time and I'm sure I'll gain a lot from it. Long periods of time on the bike, numerous laps at each circut, what could be a down fall. I'm excited to be racing with 2 other chicks as well.
